Private Villas – Comfort, Luxury & Panoramic Views

Each of the 13 private villas has been meticulously designed with a focus on elegance, comfort, and exclusivity. High-end materials have been carefully selected to ensure a luxurious experience, while the interior layout accommodates every need of long- or short-term guests.

The roofs of the villas have been designed to rise in a single direction, strategically aligning each structure toward the shoreline. This subtle geometric move ensures that every villa enjoys an unobstructed, private view of the sea, reinforcing the project's core goal: a seamless connection with nature.

Hotel Block – Elevated Seaside Living

The adjacent seven-story hotel structure contains suite-only accommodations, with each suite facing the sea. The vertical massing was carefully planned to minimize its impact on the villas while maximizing the value of the natural setting.

The linear arrangement and façade transparency of the hotel block ensure that every room benefits from panoramic vistas, while common areas are designed to provide visual continuity between interior and landscape.
